Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over £35 globally. Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a £4.5 packaging and shipping fee.
Accuracy of Shipping Information: Whisper Eve is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided, Whisper Eve cannot refund or change the delivery address. Customers will be liable for all additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Updating Shipping Information: Please ensure all your shipping details are complete and correct before placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes to your order.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Liability for Delivered Items: Once an item is delivered to the provided shipping address, Whisper Eve is not liable for loss or theft. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. Consider using a signed-for service for added security.
Shipping Fees & Estimated Delivery Times:
Please note these are estimated delivery times; weekends and public holidays are not included. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
- We process all orders within 2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
- During busy holiday seasons, packages may take longer to arrive due to local postal office capacity.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately at no extra charge. You will receive separate emails with tracking numbers for each shipment.

Product Availability: Shipping times may vary based on product availability. Whisper Eve reserves the right to cancel orders related to product availability issues. Affected customers will be contacted directly.
Customs and Additional Fees: We do not anticipate customs fees for domestic shipments. However, Whisper Eve is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by external factors such as transportation strikes or natural events once the package has left our warehouse. Expected shipping delays will be announced on our website or social media.
Taxation and Duties:
- Orders are dispatched based on product availability and may be shipped from local or international warehouses. Priority is given to shipping from local warehouses.
- Our packages are shipped duty unpaid, and we do not calculate VAT/GST, duties, or other taxes during checkout.
- Any applicable customs, taxes, import duties, and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
- If required, additional charges must be paid by you to clear customs.
- If you refuse the shipment or fail to pay customs duties/taxes, the package will be disposed of by local customs and your order will not be refundable.
